Through a themed workshop designed for Years 7, 8 and 9, pupils will be introduced to the world of Cyber Security, including the reality of the threats we face on a daily basis and the skills required to help defend our way of life. Working in groups, pupils will work against the clock to stop a simulated cyber-attack.

These events offer teachers and pupils the opportunity to experience a wide range of Robotic solutions specifically designed for the classroom.
The Tablet Academy are excited to offer schools the opportunity to host or take part in a free Computing Festival where students will be exposed to some of the most innovative uses of technology in the classroom. During the Festival students will have the opportunity to program robots, collaborate in Minecraft, develop online games and program their own Lego creations.

The Tablet Academy Certificate in Technology Enhanced Teaching created in partnership with Lamar University develops educators who are looking to use technology to enrich the experiences of their pupils. Each educator attends six 3-hour face-to-face training sessions designed to demonstrate how to best use a range of products customised to meet the needs of the institution depending upon the technical eco-systems deployed (Apple, Google, Microsoft etc).
