Preparing your Microsoft Teams and Office 365 for the Next Academic Year
16th June 2021 @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm BST
About the Series:
Microsoft is teaming up with education training specialist Tablet Academy to deliver a series of events aimed at supporting school leaders and classroom educators to further embed and benefit from the features provided by Microsoft tools. The focus of these events is to help institutions looking to develop both their in-class delivery and remote programmes.
As we approach the end of an unusual academic year, many of you will have adapted to working in the cloud, using Microsoft Teams for classes and sharing and saving files in Teams and SharePoint. Before the year ends, do you know how you are going to archive this work, set up your classes for next year and transfer your files? Join us to explore best practice when preparing for a new academic year in Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
This webinar is designed for teachers who have experience with the use of Teams and other tools Office 365 and are looking for guidance as they prepare to approach a new academic year.
Topics that will be covered include options for:
- building resource banks of documents, Class Notebook content, Forms, Sways and that can be used between classes
- students to keep their content from Class Notebooks, Assignments in Teams and OneDrive.
- downloading student assignment work from a class team
- archiving class Teams and extending access for multi-year courses
- automating the creation of class teams for the new academic year
