Using Microsoft 365 Tools to Assess Student Work and Provide Effective Feedback
21st April 2021 @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm BST
About the Series:
Microsoft is teaming up with education training specialist Tablet Academy to deliver a series of events aimed at supporting school leaders and classroom educators to further embed and benefit from the features provided by Microsoft tools. The focus of these events is to help institutions looking to develop both their in-class delivery and remote programmes.
Assessing student their work and providing quality feedback has been a key challenge with remote and hybrid learning. Whether students are learning in the classroom or remotely, we need the tools to be able to provide meaningful feedback and see student progress. This workshop explores how you can use a range of Microsoft tools including OneNote, Flipgrid, Stream, and Insights to provide a range of different approaches to providing feedback and tracking progress using technology.
How can you use Microsoft tools to provide feedback that is effective, timely and meaningful?
I want to be able to monitor a student’s progress and my class’ progress over time. How do I do this with Teams and other Microsoft Tools?
This session is designed for teachers who have at least a fundamental understanding of Office and delivering remote learning with Teams meetings and assignments and are now looking to extend their skills and knowledge of other products such as OneNote Class Notebooks, Flipgrid, Stream and Insights.
