About the Series:

Microsoft is teaming up with education training specialist Tablet Academy to deliver a series of events aimed at supporting school leaders and classroom educators to further embed and benefit from the features provided by Microsoft tools. The focus of these events is to help institutions looking to develop both their in-class delivery and remote programmes.

Event Summary:

Explore how to establish your Class Notebook and how to build your notebook to suit your learning context.

Type of Event: Interactive

A 2-hour hands-on workshop immersing you into Microsoft Teams and how you can implement the tools available to you. An interactive walkthrough with a highly experienced specialist where the conversation is promoted to assist learning.

Session Overview:

With the onset of hybrid and remote learning, we are seeing many people looking for a way to create a class workflow that includes distribution of work, student interaction and feedback.  In this hands-on session, we explore what Class Notebook is and why you should use it.   With practical demonstrations and activities, you will learn how to set up your notebook, best practice around the architecture of your notebook and a look at the type of content you can embed into your Class Notebooks.  We will also look at how to distribute, collect and review student work.

This session is aimed at educators who have limited knowledge of Class Notebook and would like to explore how they can practically start to use this powerful tool with their class.
